1. An issuer decides to list on HKEX: Main Board or GEM

2. Appointment of Sponsor and other professional parties

3. Restructuring, preparation of accountants’ report, drafting of prospectus

4. Sponsor submits listing application & related documents to HKEX, following with:

for listing on the Main Board:

• review of listing application by the Listing Division;
• Hearing and approval by Listing Committee.

for listing on the GEM: 

• review and approval of listing application by the Listing Division.

5. Roadshow to promote to investors before trading commences

6. Listing on the HKEX
