LISTING FEES

Initial listing fee shall be payable to HKEX on the application for listing based on the monetary value of the equity securities to be listed. Variable amount of the initial listing fees is as follows:

Main Board: 19000 — 84000 US dollars
GEM: 13000 — 26000 US dollars

Listed companies are required to pay an annual listing fee which shall be calculated by reference to the nominal value of the securities which are or are to be listed on the Exchange. Variable amount of the annual listing fees is as follows:

Main Board: 18000 — 153000 US dollars
GEM: 13000 — 26000 US dollars

Service fee payable to the professional parties involved in a new listing ranges from 6% to 15% of the total funds raised and depends on scope and complexity of work.
