The core of the business is CHINA WINDOW Consulting Group which has rich experience of many years in China in the field of rendering legal consulting services to foreign companies in China.

A new project on buying and selling existing enterprises and commercial properties in China represents a natural development of the professional experience accumulated by CHINA WINDOW Consulting Group. Helping our clients to set up business in China from scratch, rendering legal and accounting services in China, we are asked to search and assist in acquisition of existing, operating targets in China. After a number of commercial property acquisition deals in China, we’ve decided to develop this scope of business to assist our clients in target search and deliver professional services of business evaluation, legal and financial due diligence, deal structuring and arranging the whole deal in the most efficient and expedient way.
